Coconut Oil Kills More Than 93% of Colon Cancer Cells In Vitro
Chemotherapy studies show that lauric acid killed over 93% of cancer cells in the colon for only 48 hours after the treatment. And guess what, coconut oil contains over 50% lauric acid. In fact, lauric acid poisons cancer cells and at the same time releases deep oxidative stress while enormously decrease glutathione levels (that’s what absolutely cancer cells needs to protect against enlarged oxidative stress).
Cancer treatment by coconut oil?
The potential of coconut oil against cancer is still in discovering, but the medical research established a lot of health advantages of it. Coconut oil naturally destroys more bacteria, fungi, parasites, and viruses. Coconut oil is one of a kind that it is 50% lauric acid, medium chained triglyceride and is too difficult to find somewhere else in our diet (palm oil is also about 50% lauric acid). Essentially, lauric acid consists 2% of fatty tissue in cow milk, but 6% of fat tissue in breast milk, so it’s natural for our body to have the need for this fatty acid.
Eventually, the meaning of those studies is not that coconut is cancer’s cure. On the other hand, we can confirm that nature has provided many natural ways to fight against the disease. If we do more researches and analyses, it gives us more possibilities to find drugs and preventive measures using the Mother Nature. It’s wrong just to trust in medical communities.
