Lunch: Bunch of fruit

Dinner: Steamed vegetables and 2 boiled eggs

Friday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Lunch: Bunch of fruit

Dinner: Green salad and grilled fish

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Lunch: Bunch of fruit

Dinner: A bit of steamed chicken meat with a green salad

Sunday

Breakfast: 1 piece of your favourite fruit and 2 boiled eggs

Lunch: A bit of chicken with vegetables and 1 medium sized tomato

Dinner: Only steamed vegetables

Week #2

Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: Some green salad and a bit of chicken meat

Dinner: A bit of salad with 2 boiled eggs and one orange for dessert

Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: A few boiled eggs with a plate of salad

Dinner: Grilled fish and green salad

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: Some chicken meat and green salad

Dinner: A small salad and 2 boiled eggs, plus one orange

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, a handful of steamed veggies and a bit of low-fat cheese

Dinner: A bit of steamed chicken and a green salad

Friday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: Tuna salad

Dinner: A few boiled eggs and green salad

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: chicken meat and green salad

Dinner: 300 gr. fruit

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and a single piece of fruit

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs

Dinner: Steamed chicken with your favourite vegetables.
