What amazing useful information. Thank you!
How much do you drink?
Normally a glass is 8 oz.
Every morning before any eat or drink, with empty stomach in 8 ounce warm water 1 Table spoon of lime juice myself and my wife both drink, since more than 10 years we never had cold.
May i add some sugar to the lemon water??
I would not add sugar, as sugar contributes to inflammation and is highly acidic. If you want to reduce pain and inflammation, putting sugar in the lemon water would be counter productive.
How much lemon juice please.
Can i use bottled lemon juice?
Can I use lemon juice from bottle? Or does it have to be straight from a lemon?
Straight from a lemon. It’s healthier.
(1)Pls is lemon juice in water similar to lime juice in water? I gather that both are alkaline. This is because in my environ lime is more readily available, more juicy and cheaper as opposed to lemon.
(2) Does alkalinity have any bearing on blood sugar levels? Would it help in normalising sugar level?
