Ginger Water Recipe:
Ginger water is very good to drink when you feel a cold coming on. It will promote perspiration and warm you from the inside.
– 1 cup biological ginger root, chopped and peeled
– 1 biological lime or lime, squeezed
– 2 1/2 cups filtered water
Directions:
1.Put water in a pot and bring it to the point just before boiling, then add the ginger.
2.Reduce the heat and allow to heat for 5 min.
3.Leave the mixture to rest for 20 minutes, then strain.
4.Add the lime and then stir well.
Does calamansi or calamondin be a substitute for lime.

I drink a gallon of ginger water a day! It helps with my bladder disease, and just is refreshing than drinking plain water all day.

I have not tried with lime or use as much ginger. But drink 1 cup of ginger water before breakfast & supper. Has helped digestion & weight loss. I plan to try this recipe.
Where does one purchase biological ginger and lime?T
I understand that ground, powered and extract is not the same as fresh ginger. But, is fresh the same as biological. And even more important…..Where can I purchase the biological Ginger and biological lime.
I googled this and biological is the same as the fresh version. Biological Ginger is fresh ginger root.

I put ginger ,garlic water boil cup of apple cider………freshly squeezed oranges
All in a pot bring to the boil
Turn off heat let it sit to cool
Then I blend it all…….
Funnel on top of bottles I pour it in
Its delishes ….especially in iced wine…..
I feel amazing and lost weight

This drink without sugar or sweetener
I use honey or stevia. My recipe for ginger water: 1/2 cup of ginger slices 2.5 liters of water bring to a boil, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Simmer for 15 min. Cool. Juice from 2 oranges, if not sweet enough use honey or sweetener. For my self it is a very delicious cocktail. My Husband hates it. ( for the cayenne, if you like it you can use as much us you like.) Sorry about my English.

In the receipe you have mentioned to add Lime after Cooling of the Drink.But How Much to add ,1 drop or 2 or half of Lime/Lemon.Please confirm this ,but please don’t tell to add according to taste.Please Tell me normally how much to add.
