Press These Certain Points On Your Body and You’ll Never Feel Sick or Tired Again

Chronic fatigue is an unbearable disorder characterized by extreme fatigue or tiredness that doesn’t go away with rest and can’t be explained by an underlying medical condition.

Since there is no explanation for chronic tiredness currently, it’s believed to be a syndrome brought by a holistic combination of factors like viral infections, problems with the immunity and hormonal imbalances.

Here are some of the common symptoms of chronic fatigue that affect our body:

  • Fatigue
  • Unrefreshing sleep
  • Constant tiredness
  • Loss of memory
  • Loss of concentration
  • Sore throat
  • Unexplained muscle pain
  • Joint pain
  • Bigger lymph nodes in your throat or armpits
  • Severe headaches
  • Unexplained depression
  • Social isolation
  • Constant stress

Here is how to treat chronic fatigue with the help of meridian lines:

According to the Ancient Chinese Medicine of meridian lines, the energy which is located behind the ear (aka “Triple Burner Meridian” or “Triple Warmer”) is correlated with depression and chronic exhaustion. This energy line is related to all organs, controlling the relationship between the hormone glands and hormonal distribution systems.

According to the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences, the “meridian” explains the entire energy distribution system and, “helps us to comprehend how basic substances of our body (Qi, blood and body fluids) permeate the entire body.”

By pressing these particular lines on the body we can treat and relieve chronic fatigue and tiredness.

Here are two options to use this ancient Chinese healing method:

Option #1

Hold your left fingers under your left knee. Keep your right fingers right above the left elbow at the same time. You’ll start to feel your pulse in both areas. Hold these points long enough and you’ll feel both pulses becoming synchronized. Do the same on the right side of the body (right hand below right knee, left hand above right elbow) and again hold until pulses are synchronized, or up to 2 minutes.

Option #2

Keep your left fingers at the indent at the outside of the left baby toe. At the same time, hold your right fingers at the point between your base knuckles of on the left side, between your little and ring finger. Hold these points long enough and you’ll feel both pulses becoming synchronized. Do the same on the other side of the body (right hand at right baby toe, left hands at base knuckles of right hand).
