Here is what you need to prepare ACV gummies:


(Servings: 24 bite-sized gummies)

  • 1 ½ cups organic apple juice
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 5 tbsp. gelatin powder

(Preparation time: 5 minutes; cook time: 1 hour 5 minutes)

Mix all the ingredients in a large skillet. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top and continue stirring for 2 minutes letting it hydrate. Then, switch on the heat to medium low and stir with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into silicone ice cube trays and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour to chill before serving.
